Fresh off the dop!! This Asscher was done in a gorgeous medium-light Amethyst, which perfectly compliments the intriquite faceting of the Asscher cut. It is stunning purple with blue flashes in daylight and does shift a bit towards pinkish purple in incandescent. These pics were taken in daylight, mixed, and incandescent and show the various shifts of the stone. Pics don't quite capture the depth and brilliance--it is quite a stone in hand in a very usable size!
