Note: I have decided to post a picture of the stone before it was recut, as my pics don't really show the color that well. The original stone was purchased from Jeff Davies and it is his pic.
For Sale: Chrysoberyl, 3.07 carats and measures 9.61 x 7.50mm. This was precision-cut by Dan Stair and the cut and polish are incredible. Very very flashy stone with nice Yellow-Green Color. Stone is eyeclean (inclusions are showing up due to magnified pictures). A couple notes...first, this color is almost impossible to photograph correctly. Thanks to Jessi Clark-White for helping me get these photos. But, in person it is so much nicer. Static photographs don't show you the brilliance. The color shifts too, from a greenish-yellow to a yellowish-green. It does have nice saturated color. I am taking a loss selling this stone here for $500. I bought the stone as a native cut for $650 and then paid for cutting. Its just that I have two of these and one must go to help finance new stones. $500/shipped. 7 day return policy.
This is not a typical Chrysoberyl. This is a very special stone. Take advantage of the 7 day return policy, because there is no way to capture this stone accurately in pictures.
