Pretty and Rare Precision-Cut Enstatite from Tanzania. These are usually very dark, unattractive browns, and are most often found in very shallow crystals. They are especially hard to cut and so you just don't find nice ones very often. I happened upon one that looked like it had a nice tone, with enough depth for a recut. I am REALLY happy with the results--this was done by Robert Heath who specializes in softer or difficult stones to facet. I do not think you will find a nicer Enstatite gemstone for sale, this one is shimmering upon movement, with different looks of orange and yellow in its brown body color. Eyeclean+ and untreated.
