For Sale: 1.46ct Tsavorite Garnet, Precision-cut by Dan Stair, some inclusions but faces much cleaner than the magnified picture. The inclusions that are visible are way in a corner..would be totally covered by a setting.

This is Dan's picture which shows off the fine faceting. However I do feel the color is coming across too light compared to how it is in hand. This is a medium-toned Tsavorite with moderately strong saturation and a pure green. It does not have a blue modifier nor does it have any yellow.

Prices of this material have skyrocketed. I was able to snag this piece reasonably and had Dan recut it and it is transformed. It is untreated but I'm unsure if it's from Tanzania or Kenya.
