Tiny micro scratches are likely present throughout. Not noticeable when worn, but likely can be seen through a loupe or maybe they have formed a patina. I zoomed in with my phone to show tiny scratches that show up in certain lighting and then vanish when moved slightly, not noticeable when worn of course.

I have only worn them a couple of times but I have owned them for years, they are just so classic! I have come to terms that I can just no longer wearing earrings at all. Comes with origional Cartier earrings box.
