Hi all, for sale is a fantastic pair of cream South Sea pearls that I purchased from Takahashi over two years ago. Takahashi described these as round, clean, cream colored with akoya-like luster, which is rare for south sea pearls. This pair was Takahashi’s favorite out of the lot, and they set these in their thicker/longer 18k yellow gold posts for me.

The first three pics are mine taken by a window in the late afternoon. The last two pics were from Takahashi comparing them (the middle pair that are 10.53/10.54mm) against baroque akoyas. One of the pearls does have a slightly stronger pink tone that’s highlighted in the last photo; the difference is less apparent IRL.

Selling these for $380, which is slightly under what I paid for them over two years ago. Selling them because despite how lovely they are, cream doesn’t work well with my skin tone and I’ve only worn them once since I got them.
