This is a one of a kind natural diamond ring. 9.8 grams 14kt yellow & White 2-toned gold. I purchased this years ago from a vintage shop on Etsy. I loved it because it made me think of the Moon and all the stars in the sky (the small diamonds that are sent into the white gold section).
