5.79 carat moonstone bought from Lapicarey on Etsy. Here is the original description:

"This fairly large cab was cut from the highest quality facet grade Tanzanian rough.The nearly flawless body is water clear,with a ball of intense electric blue fire that move across the top of the arch .The dimensions are 15.1 mm x 7.6 mm x 6.6 mm deep.The weight is 5.79 ct."

The stone is slightly milky, as you can see in the photo, and has a nice sheet of blue flash. The photo is from the vendor, but I can supply hand shots at your request. The shape is an elongated cushion.
