WOW this one is a stunner.
Antique 1920's ring with a 5mm round sapphire, excellent quality with a fine color surrounded by round single cut diamonds, .40ct total weight, VS2 clarity and G color and baguettes, 3 on each side of sapphire, .12 ct total weight VS2 G color. The head is yellow gold that holds the sapphire, the rest of the ring is white gold.
The sapphire is a beautiful cornflower blue and is secure in the setting.
I've never seen one like this before or since I purchased it.
I have a large collection of antique jewelry and now I have a job that does not allow me to wear most of it.
I'm having a hard time letting some of these go, but if they don't, then I get to keep them.
This is a size 6.25 and would be easily sized by someone familiar with antique jewelery.
