This 4.40 carat Elongated cushion cut lab created sapphire is gorgeous and is such a lovely and large stone for the price. A lab created stone has the same chemical makeup of an earth mined sapphire, but is created in a lab. The color is true to my pictures. It is set in a 14k white gold with a hidden halo of mined sapphires in white and various shades of blue. The ring is a size is 5.75. You can contact me via LT or at kim_shaw@cox.net.
