My jeweler carefully removed this Chatham emerald out of a ring for me so that I could use the setting because I don’t like green but it’s a gorgeous stone. The ring had never been worn and the emerald is in perfect condition. According to my jeweler, this stone would retail around $400 and that is consistent with what I’m seeing online but I just want to rehome it so selling for much less.

Lab grown emerald are identical in chemical composition to real emeralds but the crystals are just grown in a lab. They are a lot nicer and are much more affordable than mined emeralds.
