Description

I believe that this ring is blue topaz, but I am not entirely sure because it belonged to a family member. It is in 14k white gold and is stamped "Garland". Size 6.5. On the closeup pic it does seem some prongs are missing. The stone does not feel loose.
When I research Garland it says this:
The "GARLAND" hallmark was the trademark used by The Ball Co. of Chicago, Illinois on their fine jewelry. Originally supplying some of the finest watches made in the USA by watchmaker Webb C.
