That is a fiber on the table of the LED & fluorescent light video/pictures. Not a inclusion or scratch.

First two pictures under natural shaded sunlight. Third picture under LED & fluorescent light. Videos are by far the best representation of this stone.

It is rare that I get a blue Spinel as nice as this. Very violetish blue. A bright medium dark tone that is almost medium makes sure this stone is not too dark. Very little gray. Very little extinction. Eye clean with lots of dispersion, brilliance & luster.

There are two nicks in the stone, one on the girdle & one where the table meets the crown. These are very tiny & need a loupe to be seen. The stone looks great to the naked eye. Will fit in a 6 mm x 6 mm mount.

A Spinel for those who love the truly rare.
