I bought this from Overstock about 8 years ago with a garnet center. It was super dark, so I had the center switched for the current lab orange sapphire. Orange isn't a color I wear much, and as a result this has only made it out a couple times a year. The setting is sturdy, with a slight split shank, trellis head and gentle knife edge. The sapphire is 6mm, I think a 6.5mm stone would fit better, the prongs are on the large side. There are 22 white sparkly diamonds, 5 on each split and 1 on each side of the basket.
