Natural emerald eternity with baguette cut emeralds. I just recently purchased this from Gold Adore on Etsy. It is platinum (not marked but tested) . It is in very good condition, but does have one damaged stone. The stone is well set and secure, and not noticeable in normal wear. It does not need replacing.
