Hugely bright patchwork pattern Opal (the video does not do it justice). I’m almost tempted to call it large pinfre as it also looks like that in person. The kind of Opal that can sit still & have color all over the face. The stone is absolutely stunning! You can see it across the room. Very large too, 21.98 mm long (24 mm= 1 inch). A special Welo Opal indeed.

Neon, vivid, large patchwork flashes glide all over this Opal’s face, as you turn it this way & that. Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet & purple, in abundance in stunning 3-D. The full color spectrum.

There are no dead spots. No cracks. No potch. Semi-transparent crytstal. Great cutting proportions. High dome. Pleasing shape. There is a tiny poc hole (divot) on the bottom. You can see this in the video. In person it just looks like a very, very, tiny blemish. I doubt it is more the a 1/10th mm deep. Has no bearing on the stability or beauty of this stone. Never know it was there unless you look at the bottom.
