Note – This stone is pure green. The camera wants to see a yellow modifier, there is no yellow in these stones. No cracks or chips stone. Any white spots are just reflection of light off stone, unless otherwise stated. Much nicer in person!

This is, top color & quality Mawsitsit from Burma. I've been told by two very reliable sources, they have stop mining this material, for reasons not known, as Burma, "Mynamar," is not the most open country in the world.

Mawsitsit has been called Mawsitsit Jade, & it is true, that there is a large componet of Chrome Jadeite in the intense green specimens, such as this one, & there are at least five other mineral coponents in any given specimen. I won't bore you with the details, but Mawsitsit is a very complex rock, & has the highest chrome content in it, more than any other gemstone. Hence the vivid green color.

Specimens like this a very rare, & may get much rarer in the future, as supplies dwindle. Get it now, while the getting is good!
