This rare top-color Mahenge Spinel glows neon like an ember...it's a bit more vivid pinkish-orange irl...my lens likes to faceted gemstones...& it's an unusually large stone of this intense color at 3.12ct & 9.15x8.22x5.66mm

The one caveat is that it does have a small crystal cluster under the side of the table, visible in these untouched photos of you look closely...& which is occasionally visible under certain lighting or at certain angles; the cut is awesome, no windowing and very little extinction...it's intensely glow-y and flashy. Once set, the little crystal beauty mark will not disappear but will become more obscure...especially if bezel set...& for this reason I'm asking $2500 instead of $12,500.

In conclusion, you just don't often see this on fire color of Mahenge material on the market anymore, especially at this size. If color, size & cut are important to you, this stone is NOT to be missed
