I have decided to sell this stunning art deco ring. It is approximately 1.95 (measured in mounting) carats of chunky old cut diamonds. This low profile ring is incredibly comfortable to wear and the diamonds constantly throw rainbows of light all around. The ring comes with an appraisal from Kubes jewelers in Ft. Worth, who specializes in antique pieces. So the appraisal is a very conservative estimate of value. They pride themselves in being as rigorous, or more, than the GIA lab. They state that the center is .63ct (~5.2-5.3mm), I, SI-2 (I have had another tell me it was borderline between SI-1 and SI-2) It is completely eye clean. I needed help finding the inclusions with my loupe. The surrounding diamonds are estimated at 1.32ct., I, SI-1 to I-1 (two of them) and eye clean. I still can't find the two I-1s. The ring has an amazing presence on the hand and is PERFECT for someone looking for an elegant engagement ring. It actually gets noticed more than my 2.5 ct OEC Engagement ring. Any darkness in the pics is from my camera. (the handshot wasn't very good b/c it was a cloudy day, but it gives perspective. It is a 5.25 with a horseshoe on the inside that prevents the ring from rolling. It can be removed by your jeweler. Paypal verified only. I will ship as soon as payment is received. I can also email a video of the ring. This ring is posted for more elsewhere, however, I have posted it here for what I bought it for. This price includes shipping. All sales final. I have decided to sell a portion of the stones out of a band I had made last year to help fund a project I am doing with Singlestone with the remaining stones. I would keep them all if I could, but am having to offset the cost of going with someone who knows antique diamonds. This listing is for 6 french cut diamonds, measuring an average of 3.2-3.5mm, I-J in color and are in great condition. Some stones have tiny flea bites but they not noticeable. All of the diamonds were weighed before being set and they were 3.16ct, so half is estimated to be about 1.58ct. The band is still intact and is currently at Singlestone until I find a buyer. At that time, I will have them remove the stones, Ari will divide them into two parcels and they will be shipped to the buyer. Because of this, all sales are final unless grossly misrepresented. I have attached pictures of the band for you to see that these are true treasures and it is rare to find high crown french cut stones this size in great condition. The band is a size 5 and I included a hand shot for those that needed perspective. The parcel had been in a broach that had been sitting in a safe deposit box for decades. Feel free to email me with questions. I may consider selling 7 if someone would need them for a 7 stone band. Shipping is included via registered mail. US only please. Confirmed Paypal only.
