I originally planned to keep this and wear it but who am I kidding?? I will always choose the diamond LOL. Between the stone and setting, I spent a little over $1,000. The exact ring lists for $1,025 right now before any sales (I believe they have 10% off right now). I was disappointed when I purchased the stone to find out that the AGS 0 stones no longer come with any certification. Stuller Solstice medium height peg head 14 kt white gold size 7 Will hold a 2 ct (8.2mm) stone The inside of the band is stamped with "Solstice" and "14KS". I believe the S is for Stuller because it is in a different font. My jeweler did a great job removing the diamond. The prongs still looks aligned and perfect.
