Unheated lavender sapphire witch has a fine soft and bit a mysterious appearance. Thats because the sapphire is equally filled with numerous fingerprints witch breaks the light and soften the appearance. More often common in spinel. The sapphire is perfectly centered and has an almost meet point cut. No nicks or cracks on the surface, the only small issue is a bigger fingerprint inclusion witch is slightly to see under the table. But overall appearance is lovely and unique in his way. Here Ive an incredible rare eye clean cobalt spinel up for sale!! Vietnamese cobalt spinels are always full with cracks and inclusions. Eye clean they are so so rare. And that one in combination with a great size and almost 1.5ct.!! Also in a well balanced and centered (not wonky at all!) cut! Relisting and price reduction for that very rare eyeclean Vietnamese ruby. Top of the line in terms of saturation and flurescence in combination with that Vietnam typical open red color. Pure open red in yellow light and a very attractive red with a hint raspberry red in daylight. Camera tend as usual in red to much to the pink side. As GRS also mention in the cert its red bodycolor and not that so often seen pinkish red. Its a very open and wilde red color! Exactly for what the top Vietnamese rubies are so famouse for by connoisseurs. Unfortunately Vietnam never produced clean stones in bigger sizes and quantities, so it never reached that prominence as Burma or Mosambique. The ruby is nicly cut and has no window.
