This pink tourmaline ranges from a pretty pink to a more peach-tan color. It is quite bright and sparkly. I really love it, and Gene's cutting is of course fabulous -- the only reason I'm putting it up for sale is that I recently got a spinel this color, and I've found out I'm a spinel sort of gal rather than a tourmaline one...
It has one fairly large inclusion (visible in Gene's pic at the top) but it's such a bright stone that I don't normally notice it unless I'm looking at it very closely.
(The fifth picture is the same as the second. For some reason loupetroop is not letting me delete it!)
10.4 x 8.2 mm (approx; I had a bear of a time measuring with my calipers)

The tsavorite has a beautiful green color and it is eye clean. It's hard to take pics of green stones! The pics make it look a little yellow to my eye but it is much more pure green in person; the only time I see yellow is when it's reflecting off the yellow gold. The tsavorite is ~5x7mm but I don't know the carat weight. The diamonds are approx. 1.5 mm each and are bright and sparkly. It's a gorgeous ring but I just don't wear it often enough!
The ring is a size 6.5 and fully sizable. It has a halo of beautiful milgrain. In very good condition -- has been worn several times but not a whole lot. It came originally from Jason Brim.

Here is a rhodolite garnet from Tanzania cut by Gene Flanigan of Precision Gems in his Star 80 design. His stones always go so quickly! It's a beautiful red-purple color and very sparkly. I had a terrible time taking pictures of it -- it varies between a dark wine color and a brighter red/purple. I don't have my purchase information anymore but the back of the box says $158. I'll let it go for $150 shipped. Otherwise I might hang onto it, when I took it out to take pics it was just that pretty.

This is a really cool sapphire and I've never seen one quite like it, especially given its Montana origins. It's got clear and blue zones that mix with Dana Reynolds' master cutting in a "modified round" to become this powder blue or light sky blue color. In some lights you can see the zoning very well but in my opinion the cutting makes it seem to swirl beautifully rather than be a distraction. It's also an incredibly brilliant gem. The first pic is the vendor picture. The third picture shows that it just becomes this super-brilliant almost-white gem in direct sunlight (and I think you can see the zoning a bit better in that pic). For someone who's looking for a >1ct light blue sapphire, precision cut, Montana origin, and thinks the zoning is beautiful (it is), this is an awesome deal. (I will note that it does face up slightly on the small size due to the design Dana used. But man that cutting.) Never set. I'm giving this up only because I have too many sapphires and I'm just not going to get around to setting it.
Specs from Dana:
Origin: Montana, USA
Weight: 1.32 carat
Size: 5.6 mm
Clarity SI1
Cut: round brilliant
Color: intense powder blue
Treatment: basic heat only

Gorgeous custom cut synthetic alexandrite -- NOT the cheapo corundum type but the real (though synthetic) chrysoberyl. Custom cushion cut. I am asking as much as I paid for the rough alone. It is a mauve-purplish color in most lighting, and there is a pronounced color change to greenish in diffused daylight that I can't get to show up on my camera at all. Does not go dark. Has some grey in it, as I think is common with alexandrite whether natural or synthetic. The cut is wonderful. This stone would be great if you love precision cut and have wanted to experiment with color-change stones without putting down $$$ for the natural type. I am letting it go because I have too many stones and not enough money to set them all.
Note that the first pic is the vendor glamour shot to show off the awesome (and it really is awesome) faceting; my pictures are much more indicative of what it looks like in real life. Unfortunately I cannot get my camera to show the greenish change in shaded outdoor light, but I promise it is there!

Michael E custom cut lab spinel, cut in a custom design. That amazing bright blue that everyone's looking for :D I have the email where he told me it is 6.5mm in diameter, but it doesn't seem to say the weight. I assume that places it at about a carat weight.
Set in a sterling silver setting, size 5. (Probably could use a good polish.)

I'm not totally sure I want to give this up, as I don't know if I'll ever be able to get my hands on another stone like this again, but it deserves to be set and worn and I'm not sure when I'd get around to it. This is a vivid red Mahenge spinel that I bought from Yvonne and that she had been keeping in her private collection for years. Vendor picture (first one) gives it a pinkish tone but she said in her description "If you buy this spinel, be prepared to unbox a rather vivid red gem, not really a pink one. My photography is not good enough to show the true color quality." And I agree -- it's vivid "ruby red" rather than pink. I have a couple of Burma red spinels that brown out in some lighting, but this one does not.
Specs from Yvonne:
Weight: 0.79 ct
Measurements: 6.36 x 4.90 x 3.38mm
Shape: Oval
Origin: Mahenge Mines, Tanzania
Color: Vivid red-pink
Treatment: None
I'll throw in this plastic ring model (size 4) that I've been using to show it off if you want. Be warned that it does not hold the stone super securely, so don't try to wear it with it or knock it against anything, but for a simple ring holder for e.g. taking pictures, it works great.
The first three pictures are vendor pics. The last two are ones I took. The fourth one is probably the most accurate -- the fifth one is backlit for fun (but it doesn't really look like that unless it has light behind it. Still!)
