These are 1mm wide and .5mm tall 14k gold one white, one yellow, one rose and one green. They measure at size 8.5 (no matter how many times I check) but they are too tight for my size 8 finger. They fit amazingly in my size 7 hand. I would say these will be perfect for anyone size 7, 7.5, 8 anywhere in there.
