This is a very special ring - a 1.42 CTW internally flawless Merelani Mint Garnet cut by Jeff White set in Tacori-style engraved platinum band (designer: Elma Gil) with 6 prong-set G/H VS-1 diamonds. The ring features an 18 kt gold inset heart. The ring itself is substantial - it weighs approx. 6 grams without the stones. Size is between 4.5/4.75, could be resized (there is a small sizing mark inside the band).
