This is a stunning collector's piece of late Deco history. Entirely crafted of 90/10 Platinum-Iridium and covered with high quality diamonds. Yes, it could use a careful cleaning; however, the inner workings of the watch do need to be removed for extensive cleaning. Do not submerse in liquid or expose to overly damp environments.
The serial numbers in the 17 jewel workings confirm its creation in Switzerland 1936. Omega really didn't craft dress watches...this is truly something you'll not see and it is in fine working original condition.
The diamonds are E-F in color and VVS in clarity. Very, very high quality; and total approx 2.4CTW. The pave diamonds on the bezel are beautifully faceted transitional cuts; as are the two larger (0.5CTW). The diamonds on the platinum bracelet are also extremely high quality; though are single cuts, each measuring approx 2.2mm.
The watch weighs 19.5g and is 6.5' in length--can be shortened.
