This listing is for a lightly used Zeghani by Simon G. diamond ring with cubic zirconia center stone. The ring is made of 14k white gold and is set with 18 round accent stones, full cut, with G color and SI clarity. Total weight for the side diamonds is .19ct. The center of the ring is set with a 1.5ct cubic zirconia, and can easily be changed to accommodate another round stone of similar size. Currently a ring size 5.5. Retail price for this mounting is $850.
