Beautiful platinum Tacori semi-mount with milgrained triple knife edge shank and unusual .30ctw marquise natural sapphire sides. .27ctw full cut diamonds are bead set on shank and on prongs! Prongs were recently retipped by my local jeweler and are ready to take an approximately 7mm stone. Currently size 6, sizeable.
