This is my old setting but I’ve since upgraded. This is my one and only reduction before the diamonds are repurposed into earrings. I had my wedding set appraised for insurance purposes a bit back. The appraisal can come with the setting as I've already replaced the wedding band with a better one.

The ring itself is around a size 7.25-7.5. I can't quite remember the exact size because I gained weight and then had to have it resized, so the size on the appraisal is not correct. The last time it was at the jeweler I fixed 2 cracked prongs and had the head rhodium plated. It could prob be retouched it you want it white white or removed if you like yellow. The jeweler mentioned that the setting is starting to show wear from where my wedding band rubs against it. IMO it's pretty not that bad at this point... I haven't been married very long so that's probably why.

The setting is pretty and gets a lot of compliments! But I'm kind of bored with it and want to try something new. It was custom made by a jeweler in Hawaii. At 18" both pears are eye clean IMO. One has a feather that you can see when you really examine them but since both diamonds are relatively small I find it hard to see them until you're up close. The ctw I got from the appraisal but I suspect it’s not 100% accurate. I honestly think the two diamonds face up slightly different sizes but it’s not super noticeable and I’m not sure if it’s in my head as no one said anything.
