Beautiful milgraine, filigree and open work detailing. The OEC diamonds total .75 carats, smaller diamonds .40cwt, sapphires .15cwt. One of the OEC diamonds has a larger culet than the other. Can see in 1st pic. Face of ring is 12mm wide (north south). Weighs 5.3 grams. What a history with this ring!
