A petite diamond ring you could wear in a band stack or as a traditional engagement ring. Size 8-8.5 ish (and sizable ) this ring has a 4.5 ish center round diamond and marquise accents. Shank - as seen in the photo- is slightly out of round but not noticeable on the hand. Normal wear for age.
