Center is an IGI certified asscher lab diamond weighing 3.70ct, L color, VS2 clarity, set in an 18kt yellow gold basket giving it the appearance of a fancy light yellow diamond. Sides are colorless baguette lab diamonds, I do not know their ct weight.

Resized by David Klass from a 5.5 to a 6.5.
