I’ve decided to sell my purple garnet cut by the fantastic Jeff White.
The cutting is perfection and the color is so uniquely gorgeous. It shifts from a cool purple to a warm magenta, depending on the light source. It is a darker gem so it looks best outside and under incandescent lights.

It’s part of the Mozambique find from a couple years back. I actually just had this set into a mount from Aurosi Jewelers on Etsy and I’ve worn it a grand total of two times. So it’s in great condition with the exception of one very tiny chip on the edge of a facet, which happened during the setting process. If you look at the first or last picture, it’s right around 7 o’clock.

I’ve really debated selling this because it is truly beautiful but I don’t reach for it as often as I anticipated. Plus, I did a bad bad thing and now I need some cash to help pay for it. :)
