18ct yellow gold ring, with 1.37ct yellow sapphire (no sign of heat treatment). VS clarity.
The setting is intricate and very beautiful with a combination of satin gold and high polish gold finishes, mill grain and lots of diamonds including 2 beautiful diamond cuffs to the bottom of the leaf design shoulders.
Setting contains 46 0.005ct diamonds, colour G/H, clarity VS, approx 0.25tcw
Shank marked 750 (18ct gold UK hallmark), finger size M (US 6.25). Item weight 4.5g
