Description

This beautiful spinel, from Mahenge region of Tanzania, weighs 1.73 carats, measures 7.74 x 5.73 x 4.60mm. It has a very balanced oval shape. The cut shows no windowing and is very symmetrical. As for color, words are inadequate. It is an intense reddish pink with a neon glow.

The mounting was created by Jewels by Erica Grace. It is palladium setting with half point single cut diamonds in the halo and one pointers on the shank, for a total of .50 carats. The ring is 3/4 pave, size 7.75, and sizable by a competent jeweler.
