Approximately 11 ct unheated blue Ceylon sapphire (GCS lab report) in what appears to be 18k yellow gold setting that has a feel of a bygone era, with 24 round diamonds surrounding. Lab report indicates sapphire measurements are approximately 11.6 x 9.4 x 10.8 mm
The sapphire has a nice surface area, and it's large depth helps with eliminating windows.
