Please note: apparently there's been an issue with receiving messages through LT; if you message me and don't hear back, it's because I did not get the message! (I check my email several times daily). You can get me through my eBay account, also under "katharath". Please message me there if interested!

I really can't believe I'm offering this one!! This is being offered for significantly less than I have into it, much less than what I paid for the gem alone. So I'm pretty firm on the pricing. I just had this one made last fall/winter, but I'm finding I'm wearing other rings more now.
Please note: I have a thread on this ring that shows a lot more pics, so I'd advise checking that out. Look through to the second page for the pics of the set sapphire:
I bought this sapphire from Dana at Mastercut and it is lovely. It is 1.31 cts, 6.44 mm round, natural Ceylon heat only (no BE!!) sapphire. It has a mini cert from AGL which it will come with.
It is set into a 14k YG fishtail style setting with diamonds - I got the setting preloved from a trusted PSer. The ring is @ a size 8 but I think it's probably size able by a good jeweler; I'm just not sure what, if any, limitations there might be. If you like the gem you could always buy it and sell the setting, you should be able to get $250 or so for the setting alone.
The only small "issue" is that one of the fishtail prongs could use a little rebuilding. The gem is set into it and it appears to be fine; I haven't noted any problems with it. But if you decided to reuse the setting for another gem, I'd recommend having that prong retipped. Also there are a couple of marks on the setting/prongs where the jeweler squeezed the sapphire into the setting - I think the gem may have been a bit larger than we should've used for the setting. It was a tight fit, but that's kind of nice bc it looks nice and large in the setting. Anyway these are pretty minor things and for the price I think they can be overlooked; but if you're looking for the perfection of a brand new setting, this may not be the ring for you - please keep that in mind!
The sapphire itself appears to be in excellent condition even after setting - I see no issues. It's a lighter blue, "native" cut but quite well done. No window at all, it faces up appropriately for its carat weight, etc. You can see that it's blue from across the room! It can look lighter in certain lighting, or it can deepen to a more beautiful blue. It's funny bc in overcast weather, this gem actually looks its best - really blue and lovely. The pics show most of its range and generally show it at it's best. Last few pics are Dana's and show it loose.
Shipping included in price, within US only. (Sorry but I only ship within the US!). Pymt via paypal only, please.
Please ask all questions before deciding to buy; I am selling from my collection, and as such do not typically offer returns. I answer questions quickly, and will do my best to make sure you have all info before buying.
