This is a brand new, never used authentic Valentino bag, circa 2005. It was purchased from the Valentino boutique in Hong Kong. It's always been kept in its dust bag and is in absolute perfect condition.

It's in a richly pebbled ivory leather with one inner pocket and one outer pocket with a flap with a magnetic closure and a tortoise shell 'V' logo. 4 metal legs on the bottom with 'V' engraved on them. The 6" strap drop makes it just long enough to be worn on the shoulder, tucked under the arm. Bag measures about 12" (L) x 6.5" (H) x 4" (D)

Two things worth mentioning:
1. The zipper is a bit 'stubborn' to open and close but I was told by the saleslady it'll loosen up with use.

2. Whatever bit of residual manufacturing glue left on the bag has discolored over time, leaving a little bit of brown residue. (See last photo). It's very minor and barely noticeable as it's along the seams by the zipper but I thought I mention it anyway.

Yes, it's practically a giveaway price. In 2005, the bag retailed for $1,200 (so in today's dollar, it would easily be over $2,000). But I got it on sale for $600 (from the actual retail boutique, not an outlet store). And now am asking only half of that. It's not my style anymore so would rather have $300 in my pocket than a bag I'll never use in my closet.
