I am listing for sale a large, bead-nucleated freshwater pearl necklace. I purchased these as a loose hank of pearls directly from a pearl wholesaler a few years ago, and they've sat unstrung for some time. I never got a plan together for them, so I strung them up and they're ready for someone to appreciate them! If I had a desk job, I would rock these to the office every day.
Details:
-12-15mm bead-nucleated freshwater pearls, origin from China
-White with a rose/blush overtone, in some lighting they can have a teal/rainbow flash as well
-Unique shape. They're not quite "ripple pearls" (more of a long oval with ripples). And they're not what I would call off-round (egg-shaped). On the neck, they look like iridescent boulders, like something a prehistoric princess would wear! There are ripples and bumps, 2-3 pearls have a splash of gold. These are imperfect, but very interesting pearls!
-18.5 inches, but since pearls are large it would wear more like 17.5 or 18
-Triple threaded/knotted on polyester thread for durability
-I picked fuschia thread, it's a fun color and complements the iridescence in the overtones, neutral colors like ivory or rose didn't look right and were boring
-Sterling silver push-style clasp is very easy to use, and extremely secure
