Would make a great conversion piece to a ring or necklace. I had this looked at by the owner of an estate jewelry store. He thought the center Old European Cut stone is a Rhodolite Garnet. Cluster of OEC/Mine Cut diamonds surround the center stone.
Diameter approx. 10 1/2 mm.
