I have 2 antique conversion pins for sale (due to lack of wear). I adore both of them, but have only worn them once each since September because it turns out that they just aren't my style.

The one with 5 diamonds is 300 OBO, and the one with only 1 stone is $125. If anyone wants both, I would take $400.
