Precision faceted untreated Ethiopian opal from Kosnar Gem Company. Here's the description from the Kosnars:

"This is a lovely Opal! The Opal itself is white/orange mixed color, but the flash is multi-color. It has a harlequin pattern to the flash that is beautiful. The flash is abundant throughout the entire stone and changes every time it is moved. The custom octagon shape cut sharpens up the appearance of the color flash for an attractive look the cabochon gems just can’t produce. We have made several pieces of jewelry with these Opals, mostly pendants, and they always come out spectacular. Enjoy!"
