Stone measures approx 14mm across and is in very good shape - a couple of flea bites visible under 10x but not to the naked eye. An incredibly good look on the hand! Size 7, weight approx 6.3g. It’s a bright, hot pink with almost purple undertones that are most visible in the starburst arms. Totally gorgeous! If you look closely you can see that the corners are pointy rather than rounded like traditional cushions. It’s a beautiful effect. Notes on the photos: I found this stone hard to photograph. The tourmaline does not have a window--you see a normal “tilt window” in the first photo. The hand shot shows it more peachy than it actually is; I see pink/purple rather than peach. The first three photos are the best representation of the actual color, at least on my monitor. The last photo is taken in low light--I need a light box!--but gives a good sense of the starburst cutting.
