This stunning 17mm Amethyst was in a pendant and the prongs didn’t hold it so this hasn’t been exposed too long to environmental elements. It’s a large 17x17.5x 9mm deep. According the the refractometer, he refractive index is where it needs to be at 1.54. It’s difficult to find such large well cut Amethysts.
