Stunning piece! Large synthetic white spinel in a solid setting of 10k white gold. Heavy and well made. Stone measures approx 14mm across and is in very good shape - a couple of flea bites visible under 10x but not to the naked eye. An incredibly good look on the hand!
Size 7, weight approx 6.3g.
