Um, made another big purchase yesterday. Lowering prices!

GIA graded this as a round brilliant but it looks more like an old cushion to me. Nice cushiony shape!

It's a bright stone, but hard to photograph. For some reason all my pictures show a little mushy girdle reflection but I have a very hard time seeing it in person. Anyone who knows me knows I'm the first to point out girdle reflection! Poor thing just isn't photogenic.

First picture was taken during a sunny day, second was taken under gloomy skies. Third was under sunny skies but I was standing in the shade, and last is a bunch taken indoors by a window. My camera case is salmon so any pink reflection is from that. I also have black hair so any dark spots would be reflection of my hair/clothes.

I was saving it for a rg pendant but recently acquired an enormous opal omc brooch which I will convert to a pendant, so this project will probably never come to fruition. She'll make someone very happy!
