Of course included stones with wide open facets aren’t USUALLY one’s first choice, but we are seeing these repurposed antique rose cut diamonds pop up in a variety of setting styles; the way in which they’re set is so important when maximizing their eclectic beauty and charm

The black areas are reflections from my lens, though I did photo on the dark pink to highlight the inclusions...again, they won’t be a distraction once set, and because the stone does have a nice big dome and crisp facets, setting it with an open back will do it justice & really accentuate it’s high color

I’m seeing this round in my latest Spring Gulch, Isadora, or Astrid Halo, either a ring, or pendant...or even a bangle. Would be cute in a plain bezel, too...don’t be afraid to set this stone in yellow or rose gold, it’ll retain its high color, regardless
