Notes: This beautiful carving is called metamorphosis. It is a caterpillar about to come out of the cocoon and we have a special look inside. The fire on this piece is incredible. I attempted to capture the true color of this opal but I was unble to. The pattern is a patchwork but with the beautiful carving has the play of color going crazy. One of a kind piece for sure.
