This is a wow stone! Hot fuchsia pink in some lighting to turning into a stunning reddish purple in most light. This is because the stone sits right between red & purple colorwise. The stone has great life to it, shooting off red & purple flash. The stone sits at where medium dark meets medium, so I'll call it medium dark to be safe.

This would be easily twice or three times the price, if a Mozambique stone, but it is from Sri Lanka. At $100.00 a carat, you could also get the stone re-cut & still come out ahead.
