More details:
A. Pair of “light tsavorite” emerald-cut garnets, 5.7cttw, 10.3x5.7mm, an awesome pair for earrings. One has a feather on its side which, per the long-time PriceScoper/gem “prosumer” who sold them to me, should not preclude safe setting. It doesn’t detract from the otherwise excellent clarity of the pair, since it’s off to the side.
B. Heated precision-cut tanzanite – from Bill Vance of Vance Gems. 1.7ct 6.8mm square, with a deep, saturated “blurple” color.
C. Grey-green oval tourmaline, cut by Dan Stair, 1.06ct, 7.5 x 6mm, also (if you are a careful reader, you are rewarded!) happy to include this one free with purchase of any other gem.
D. Light minty/sea-green tourmaline, 1.32ct, 7.1 x 7.1mm, flashy, precision step-cut octagon with refreshing light-green color. I love the combination of subtle color and dramatic flash in this one.
E. Green-clear (actually bicolor, although you don’t notice it unless you look for it) emerald-cut tourmaline. 2.58ct, a long and leggy ~11.8 x 5.8mm, cut in the US and described as “neon” by the cutter (soft call, but it really is a great color.
