This stone will be heading to Tuscon very soon with one of my partners. He is leaving early, it will be gone by the end of week. There is a good chance this will be the last time I have it for sale. This is the absolute top color for purple Rhodolite Garnet, no matter where from. Smaller stones of this size & quality were asking $450.00 a carat wholesale in Tuscon last year. Who knows what one this size would ask? Much more, I’d guess. The price at $2400.00 = $307.29 a carat. Maybe your only chance to get the very best at this price, not to mention the rarity in size. I’ve sold dozens over the last three years, & this is one of the three best stones I’ve had.

Huge for the species, a bright vivid neon medium dark tone. Most Purple Rhodolite of this size are dark to very dark toned. This stone's saturation of color is amazing! It is perfectly cut! It has flashes of purple, violet & red in some lighting, in others, just neon purple.
